Head of School PA

Salary on appointment will be £25,138 per annum, with an annual increment up to £28,759 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of School PA to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the Head of School of Computing Sciences and wider school and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high-quality customer support and assist the Head of School by undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative duties including drafting reports, taking minutes, arranging travel, organising meetings, answering queries and diary management. You will also assist in the procurement of equipment, monitor and maintain finances where required and support new starters.
You will have a good standard of secondary education with a minimum of five passes at GCSE Grades A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications). Organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment.
This full-time post is available from 9 September 2024 on an indefinite basis.
